Star Citizen x52 Custom HOTAS Profile Release Notes: v0.6 - Initial release for Star Citizen Alpha 2.5 x52 HOTAS Profile v0.7 - Updated the x52 Operating System: Windows. Given up for now.Star Citizen x52 Custom HOTAS Profile. I'll try loading into the PU to see if that's it. One thing i noticed was that this was called 'Universe Profile' - is it for the PU only, perhaps? Sorry, no idea. I assume it doesn't matter if you activate the profile before or after SC has loaded. Sorry to annoy you about this! I will keep plodding along at it trying different things. When I turn it on, all other button mappings stop working.Īny ideas what I'm doing wrong? I can't help but feel that I'm missing a vital step in activating the profile itself. I've confirmed the profile seems to be loading, basically when I turn it off, I can start firing with the joystick etc (seems to be the default bindings for the stick that SC give (which suck), not your profile though). Ug feel like such a noob, usually this kind of stuff is easy for me to just figure out by myself. I'm using mouse / keyboard settings and have the profile file in C:\Users\Public\Documents\SmartTechnology Profiles. I can still also control with the mouse and keyboard too (although I assume that's fine and not an actual problem). Sweet thanks man, I've updated the software I got with it and can see where everything goes now, I've activated the profile, but it's almost the opposite of what you've described for me - none of the buttons are mapped when I go into free flight mode, but the joystick axis etc are fine.
